The work environment was amazing, everybody was friendly and willing to help. It was really an internship where you could try whatever interested you, and the employees were eager to help you learn.
Team collaboration is essential at Southern Bride, and you become part of the team. Your opinion matters in every decision they make.
What I wish was different
As long as you keep doing tasks, they will keep assigning them. I ended up taking on too much work and had my weekends and nights filled with writing for them. Learn boundaries, do not feel forced to take on more than you should.
Advice
Criticism is a very good thing. Be ready to hear how you can grow in different aspects and know that it isn't an insult to be told you could do something differently.
