Advice
Be prepared to think for yourself and solve problems and issues you've never seen before. I've been working here for just over two years now, and I still come across tickets that leave me confused and needing answers. Reach out to people, get connected, and learn how to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

What I liked
I liked how through this job I was able to work on my problem solving. I was also able to live on campus which allowed me to save money. This job also counted towards my experiential learning hours, and with the amount of hours worked, I was almost able to complete the hours within that one summer.
What I wish was different
I wish that my work/life balance was a little better, I feel that this job required a lot of hours and I did not get much time to myself.
Advice
There is a lot of challenging work that can come with this experience and just remember to take time to yourself when you can and breath. At the end of the day it will all be worth it.
