Our locations include a hospital and clinic in Platteville, Southwest Behavioral Services, a clinic and rehabilitation facility in Cuba City, and a soon-to-be clinic in Kieler, Wisconsin.

Southwest Health features a family clinic, Eye Center, birthing suites, a Specialty Clinic with cardiology, ENT, and pain management, a state-of-the-art Orthopedic Institute housing physical, occupational, speech therapies, and 24-hour emergency services, to name just a few.
