Southwick's Zoo is New England's largest zoological experience. Southwick's covers over 200 acres and is home to over 850 animals from species including lions, tigers, giraffe, white rhinos, chimpanzees, two-toed sloths, vicunas, and many more.
EARTH Limited, the 501 (c) 3 conservation education non-profit organization based in Southwick’s Zoo, offers zoo visitors and the community a variety of educational programs including internships, the ZooMobile outreach program, Junior Zookeeping, Wild Adventure Programs, Rhinoceros Encounters, on-site presentations at the zoo , and more. EARTH also partners with and/or provides support to a variety of other organizations, both local and global including Project Rhino and the American Kestrel Partnership.
