Mostly the people. Through 2 summers with SDA I met so many great and incredibly helpful people. No matter how stressful the construction season is over the summer, someone can answer your questions and help you learn.
What I wish was different
Construction inspection can be slow at times, based on the contractor or the actual job they are doing. You can't make anyone work any faster, it simply doesn't work, so figure out how to kill some time without going on your phone!

I got a library card and did some reading while I was waiting on people. Incredibly useful information honestly, you're welcome.
