The creativity and hands on learning and the welcoming team. The team was very interested in seeing me grow and teaching me a lot. They set up workshops for me and a checklist of things I should get out of my time to ensure I felt better than when I came.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked with the team face to face instead of it being remote.
