Make sure you try your best to provide the best care possible for the patients, don't put their health at risk just because you don't want to complete a task.

What I liked
I loved getting to know all the residents and become friends with them throughout my job there. I also loved making friends with the other servers, and building my skillset through working with the elderly.
What I wish was different
The management was sparce and unhelpful when we were short staffed (which was often). I wish there could have been more structure within the managerial positions.
Advice
It is a very stressful job and sometimes the elderly can be brutal, but the friendships you will make are the absolute best. Teamwork is a must!!
