“I loved the work culture and how helpful everyone was with anything I needed help with. It was very different from working here compared to my past experiences. If I was on the elevator with someone who I didn't know, nine times out of ten, they introduced themselves to me and asked where I worked. I talked to quite a few people from different departments that way. This will become very helpful in the future if I decide to work for Spicer in a different department than I did for my internship. My managers and the other technicians within my department were also very kind and helpful. If I was on a new job, whoever the other technician was that I worked with, they were helping me along the way and explaining different things about the project that I wouldn't have known otherwise.
