I liked the freedom to write about things I was interested in. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel like part of the team even though everything was remote.
What I wish was different
It would have been nice to be able to work together on-site at the spinnaker offices.
Advice
Set a schedule and keep to it. Constantly make lists of contacts that might be useful to build your professional network.
