What I liked

I liked how engaging and hands in the experience was. You got to do so many different things beside what your job requirements were. Everyone is so helpful and wants to guide you a long so you are comfortable.

What I wish was different

I wish I could of focused more in the area I wanted to and I wish the hours were shorter because some days we didn’t do much.

Advice

Be very open minded and don’t judge the experience on the first week because it gets better.

What I liked

I liked that the interns were given the opportunity to meet the CEO of the company and to interact with him. We were given many chances to improve our skills in our respective areas. All of the people I worked with were phenomenal as well as talented.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had more time within the internship to apply my skills and continue to improve.

Advice

The piece of advice I would share about this experience is to try something new, even if it has nothing to do with your major. I am a psychology major who loves to write. When this opportunity came about, I was not sure what I wanted to do with my life and decided to take the chance. Even though I ended up picking a career goal that is more psychology driven, I loved this experience and the people I was able to surround myself with. Overall, don't be afraid to explore off the path a little bit!

What I liked

This was overall a great experience. The Spirit team was always helpful in teaching me new skills and making sure I was getting the most out of my time there. The company culture is really inviting and theres a lot of room to grow.
