What I liked

- Everyone here genuinely wants you to succeed - Monthly check-ins with your mentor to go over questions, comments, concerns, performance, goals etc. -Outings with your department/firm to help build relationships with the people around you -Dresscode is very relaxed and modern office spaces - Small firm allows for more one on one training -Firm is very honest with it employees, quarterly meetings to go over the overall health of the firm

What I wish was different

I wouldn't change anything at the moment!

Advice

As mentioned in the other review, do not hesitate to ask questions if you are not sure. Everyone is always willing to help you! This firm is filled with a lot of knowledgeable individuals who are always willing to share advice that could benefit your professional career, so pick their brains any chance you get!

-Very friendly employees, diverse environment -Everyone is truly eager to help you learn and grow in your career -Many outings for team building opportunities -Understanding and very generous management -Many opportunities for growth and leadership positions -Smaller sized firm, more one on one attention, not just another number in the corporate world -Modern approach to office environment, relaxed dress code and fun office spaces

What I wish was different

I started here in January of 2020, so I worked from the office January-early March 2020, and then we went virtual until late 2021. I wish I could've been in the office environment more with my coworkers!
