What I liked

The owner was really transparent about the company and the position from the beginning. While the day-to-day work is always something new to experience (which I love), I always know what to expect with the company itself which makes me feel really stable. Plus, all my coworkers and my boss are amazing!! I feel really lucky to have gotten this job as my first one out of college!

What I wish was different

The position does involve some driving to different locations and I don’t really like driving but thats more personal preference than anything

Advice

If you are looking for a job that helps you transition into the adult world after college, this is a great place for it! Everyone is always training because the company believes that with a changing world, there’s always room for growth. In the time I’ve worked here I’ve learned more than I did through most of college.
