I think something else I learned, is that it's important to remember that even though the CEVA Volleyball convention is an event targeted at young athletes, their parents, family, and friends also attending the event are just as important. I think I really made a difference by engaging and acknowledging the hard work that these dedicated parents bring to their talented athletes.
