What I liked
Everyone you work with at Stamford is extremely caring and team oriented. We work together to prioritize the patient and provide the best care possible. I also like that my manager is flexible around my school schedule and is always reaching out to check in. There is also an educator assigned to each department who can help you with skills if you had questions.
What I wish was different
There was more orientation on incidents and reporting, as well as more job role orientation when filling in for other spots.
Advice
Take every moment as an opportunity to learn. I have gained so much knowledge and experience that they done teach you in nursing school that will put me ahead for when I graduate! Always ask questions and be open to feedback, it will make you better!
