I loved the small team I was working with, and the get-togethers all the interns had so I got to meet people working with other departments.
What I wish was different
I wish we had a more concrete schedule and more defined projects.
Advice
Take advantage of the opportunities you encounter throughout the year. I was part of the sculpture team during the year and just continued it during the summer.

It's very cool to get a window into the museum world---be proactive and let your supervisor know what you're curious about and interested in contributing to! You can learn a lot on the job that way.
