The way the company worked seemed to flow well, and everyone was professional and orderly. Knowing what I was going to do every day when I came in and actually facing a challenge in my work was always engaging.
What I wish was different
There are times when upper management wouldn't understand what was going on with a particular crew of people, and couldn't really help when needed. Having someone over a crew of people should typically mean they've done the job and know it in and out.
