I love that they are accepting of the fact that I am new, and are willing to teach me. In addition, the schedule is flexible (I am per diem) and the staff are all wonderful.
What I wish was different
I wish that the pay were just a bit better, as the certification is expensive and the hours are long.
Advice
Definitely go into it with an open mind. Be ready to learn. At times, it will feel like drinking from a firehose, but it will eventually turn out alright.
