I liked the people, the work environment and the trust they had in me. I also enjoyed working with the superintendents on the job sites. It was very cool to see everything that goes into a commercial construction project and I learned how to do many of the processes they use to coordinate everything.
What I wish was different
My only regret was that I was not able to learn more so I could be more help. With how busy everyone in the office was they did not have time to always teach me how to do some things that I could use to do more for the projects.
Advice
Go into any internship or job and like Mr. Streeter told me, "be a sponge" and just try to listen and learn as much as possible. It will help you in that job and any related position you find yourself in later on.
