It was great to receive hands-on experience. It was insightful to witness how a factory operates. I enjoyed working with the other factory workers. The other workers taught me a lot about manufacturing.
What I wish was different
If I was going to be involved in an engineering design project, I wish my role would have been communicated. That being said, I enjoyed working on the floor.
Advice
Do not be afraid to ask other operators questions. If you're interested, you will learn a lot.
