Better pay. Higher standard for quality.

If you're offered potential for raises during an interview, press your employer for a raise when you think you deserve it. Don't wait on them to raise your wages.

What I liked

Great for learning responsibility and for figuring out if you want to be an entrepreneur. Also if you have a positive outlook and do this internship the right way you will probably grow as a person
