I really enjoyed getting to reach out to musicians and dancers to encourage them to audition. It was really interesting to see how people expressed their art.
What I wish was different
I wish that the program would have had a little more structure to it.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share about this experience is that you should be proactive. If you feel like you could do more, reach out to your employer about other tasks they could give you. This will show initiative and give you more experience.
