Great supervisors. There's a lot of students working on visas so you meet people from around the world. They have employee housing that is fairly cheap. You get a lift pass to the mountain and other employee perks.

Patience is key when working with children. Remember they are not your own kids and you are not responsible for their actions when they get out of hand.

Greats benefits which included housing and an employee dining hall in a really beautiful place ! Lots of great deals on the other activities offered around the resort.
