What I liked

I love the Sunglass Hut community and the many perks to being an employee there. You feel like you're a bigger part of the company rather than just a worker in a store. Even at one of the lowest volume stores in the region, I still felt like I got the attention and respect from higher ups in the company.

What I wish was different

I wish I could've worked at another location. I have worked at this store the past few summers and would've liked to challenge myself in a different setting with different clientele. Every location has its uniqueness and I would've like to just experience something a little different.

Advice

Learning to make small talk and get comfortable with conversation will not only help you in a sales position, but will help you in so many other settings down the road. It is important to just put yourself out there and be fearless in a conversation.
