Mechanical Engineering Intern

What I liked

I love this internship! Sunrise gave me the opportunity to see what it would be like working as a mechanical engineer, assigning me to real tasks and projects. It was an amazing environment to be an intern, the entire company was supportive and the whole department was there to help me learn over the course of the summer.

What I wish was different

Advice

Don’t be afraid of something unfamiliar you might face! You are going to be given assignments that you are not familiar with and unsure how to even approach. Part of your job as an engineer is to figure out what’s happening and how you can move the task forward. Never be afraid to ask questions or reach out to someone for help!
