exciting environment, great pay, other staff members were friendly, managers are willing to listen and be fair and they were pretty flexible if it came to scheduling and time off as long as you were a reliable employee
What I wish was different
stress, lots of threats of immediate dismissal for minor issues, there was either a 3 hour line or the place was empty, so there was either nothing to do or you were glued to a spot near the entrance for 6 hours
Advice
be ready to be on the top of your game at all times. There were a few on the spot quizzes on package pricing, rules, and customer service protocols. If you are unable to handle stress well, are not able to learn the ins and outs of their complex computer system quickly, and memorize all the rules, you'll be done before you know it. They have no time for employees who can't perform to a high standard, and they will cut your hours like crazy if you don't pull your weight.
