I liked how I was exposed to many facets of marketing research. I worked on many different projects and was able to learn many different skills of marketing.
What I wish was different
I really enjoyed my experience this past summer. The only thing I wish had been different, is more work. I sometimes felt that I did not have work to do and felt unproductive.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is to make sure you are getting a job in the field you are interested in. I know a couple of people who took internships this summer based on pay, but have no desire to go into that certain field. At a young age, I believe experience is more valuable than the hourly wage you will receive.
