All the experience I gained. I irrigated meadows in the summer and helped move cows, and then helped wean, rode health on 1400 weaned calves for a month, helped ship, and then helped preg check cows.
Also, they provided free housing.

Work hard and do the best you can at every job you have because it might open the door for more opportunities.
