What I liked
I loved getting to see the production come to life each game day weekend. I was able to see all of out month's work of prep in action.
What I wish was different
I wish some of our behind the scenes production went differently. I am a fast worker so I had to learn to adjust everyone else's pace to get the job done.
Advice
If you enjoy the hospitality and operations industry, this would definitely be a job for you. Also, being organized was a necessity to prioritize our daily tasks.
