Project Management Intern

June - August 2018 • Austin, TX

What I liked

The mission of the company was easy to identify with. You were taking care of the people who teach our youth. Their retirement, a pension, is handled by TRS and I got to work on projects pertaining to enhancing the systems that dealt with that.

What I wish was different

I wish the ability to explore different departments was easier to do. I also wish the compensation had been more competitive with the industry.

Advice

Meet as many of the interns as you can. Connect with all of the people you interact with in LinkedIn after your internship ends.
