I got experience with direct communication with customers and was trusted with my own accounts which allowed me to be creative and solve problems on my own. I was given a lot of insight into the world of digital and social media marketing and learned strategic best practices that will prove useful later on in my career. The company's leadership team was very approachable and offered a lot of advice about success in school and for after graduation.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the opportunity to see more aspects of the company so I could learn how all the moving pieces come together for the bigger picture.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions. People love to talk about themselves so asking someone for advice about something is not only helpful, but it builds a rapport that can turn into a valuable network connection.
