The Tecumseh Public Schools boundaries are within Lenawee County in southeastern Michigan. The city of Tecumseh is approximately 30 miles southwest of Ann Arbor and 45 miles northwest of Toledo, Ohio. The district serves an area of about 80 square miles and includes parts of the townships of Adrian, Clinton, Franklin, Macon, Raisin, Ridgeway, and Tecumseh with student population of approximately 3,000. While historically a rural community, Tecumseh Public Schools would be classified as a middle class school district. Our classroom environments employ elements of design where communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking are valued.
