I've had a lot of experience working throughout the entire facility from working in the manufacturing side to dealing with release of new products to working with the R&D team to testing new and existing products. I've gained a ton of insight just from working with so many departments and engineers.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I get stuck in doing "intern work" but I guess that's part of the job.
Advice
Take everything you learn and learn how to apply that to other situations or other jobs.
