I enjoyed working with very talented youth who were very excited to be on the water. It was very satisfying to be able to share my love for the water with younger kids.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work more on racing coaching rather than instructing beginners.
Advice
Working with kids is all about having fun and putting yourself out there. They love an instructor who likes to have fun and is very outgoing.
