Employees. Internship allows you to meet with employees throughout the company in different areas. Despite being a remote internship, Glenmede made the internship incredibly valuable.
What I wish was different
Obviously wish it could have been in person. Also found myself without work at times.

The company has open door policy - I was able to work side by side with my manager and network with other employees within different departments.

More organized projects and mentorship.
Advice
Do not be shy tor reach out to other employees for advice or for lunch. Take an advantage of this experience to network.
