Engage with your customers because it makes the experience better (start having more regular customers, makes working more fun and engaging, and they like to hear about you and are willing to share their experiences/advice with you).

I love talking to new people! I’m a psych major and I love getting to know those I’ve never met.

My managers tend to get frazzled easily and it really gets people into bad moods.
