Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable (many have worked for the company for over 20-30 years). MSA paid for my housing while I was living in Jacksonville for the summer. Since Jacksonville, FL is MSA's headquarters I was able to meet and learn from many top executives. They have great pay and benefits, very competitive and offer a pension, 401(k), and 21 vacation days to start.
What I wish was different
This was such a great experience and I learned so much from it. I would not change anything about this internship.
Advice
When I was interviewing and learning from my manager and other leaders within MSA I asked all of them what I should do if I wanted to be successful in this role / with MSA. Many of them said learn as much as you possibly can, be a sponge. I took their advice and worked very hard over the course of this internship, which led me to a job offer.
