I really loved the location and the autonomy the job gave me. I was able to work the weekly hours I wanted to work. I also really loved the potential for growth within the company.
What I wish was different
I wish our management team was different and built better. I also wish their job hiring process was stronger and more flexible so that they could actually hire the added employees they so desperately need.
Advice
I would say that even if you dislike some of your co-workers or even manager, but the job itself is pretty good then stick with it. Eventually, the good workers shine and stay and the bad ones leave.
