The people are amazing and did such a fantastic job conveying their work and the importance of it. The information had so much depth and relevance to my field of study and ideal career path.
What I wish was different
It was online due to COVID but I think in person it would have been even better than it was online.
Advice
Get to know the people there and ask as many questions as you can!

What I liked
I loved working in the field and getting behind the scenes of how a business worked in the environmental industry. I learned a lot about native plants and helped run a citizen science pollinator study in a native garden. I also got to learn about conservation easements and a little bit about the positives and struggles with that.
What I wish was different
I wish I got to do more, honestly. I would love to have spent more time there and continued my experience, it was invaluable.
Advice
Try everything! They have so many employees who specialize in different niches and they all have a lot of great experiences to offer.
