I loved how many resources we had, being able to plan my own curriculum, and the learning experience.
What I wish was different
More support and communication from management. I was stretched thin and frequently thrown in any classroom, hours constantly changing, and lunch breaks made to be 30 mins to 4 hours long just to avoid overtime.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to apply to a new experience when you are willing to learn and know you will do a great job.
