Making an Impact in the youth's lives. Working closely with some great people that were of similar ages and backgrounds to me. Being able to share my experience with them and have mutual support and teamwork.
What I wish was different
Sometimes the rules were unpractical and unexplained. It was occasionally difficult to explain to the youth why we couldn't do something, as I wasn't exactly sure either. However, this was mostly based on the school in which our location was based in changing their minds frequently rather than The Rock itself.
Advice
If you are working with kids/youth, have patience. They will annoy you at least once, and you need to handle that with calm professionalism.
