I loved working with children from all over the state in a Christian environment. I loved having the opportunity to join God and His movement across these kids' lives.
What I wish was different
I wish the staff and staff leadership were a little more on the same page.
Advice
I suggest praying and asking God for guidance. You do need to enjoy working with kids and having some types of experience in that is really helpful. Also, keep yourself healthy. These kids are depending on you!
