Q&A
Federal Affairs Intern
July - August 2022 • Washington, DC
What I liked
The team was really amazing and was so helpful whether I had questions about job requirements or post-graduation opportunities.
What I wish was different
The team was mixed mode, I wish I could have had more interaction with people in the office, but otherwise, everything was great.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try new things! Ask to attend meetings, create flyers, or write grant applications!

May - August 2018 • New York City, NY
What I liked
it was a wonderful experience. The environment was welcoming and the dynamism to my position really made the experience well-rounded.
What I wish was different
I wish I finished sooner in the summer to have fit another internship in.
Advice
the 9-5 life is draining! But definitely worth the experience.
