Advice

Living and teaching in the at a boarding school as a dorm parent, even when you are off the clock, you are still working. It could be the middle of the night when a student knocks on your door looking to get back into their room because they left their key, you really have to love what you do.

Be prepared to work as if you lived and taught full time at a boarding school.
