Workload was very intense and heavy for one person.

Be able to work hard and run around doing things, communication with your nurses is very necessary.

The inclusivity that came with working this position was wonderful. I enjoyed coming into work everyday because of the positive atmosphere.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been trained more to work with emotional people, especially in the ICU.
Advice
Come with a positive attitude and be willing to be patient with emotional people.
