Very good workplace culture and an interesting product. Lots of opportunities for different kinds of work and engineering-oriented experience.
What I wish was different
I wish Bilstein would allow co-ops to have access to more of the machinery and learn hands-on type of skills.

If you find something that needs improvement, and you’re capable of doing it, do it.

What I liked
Always having something to do wither it be a major project or just helping fix a machine while it's down, I rarely find myself sitting at my desk all day.
What I wish was different
More communication between the engineers and the operators/supervisors.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for help when facing a problem, try and find the right person to help you, and most times they will assist you on the spot or that same day.
