The management definitely because it's hard to move up in a place that you feel you are not growing in and can never see yourself growing in.
Advice
To stick with things, even though it may be tough and to remember the end goal of the end of the day and work towards that.

At Marshall’s I liked how I could work in different positions: cashier, work in the dressing room, or work on the floor.

What I liked
Yes, the other members of the team were extremely nice and fun to work with. Everyone is understanding and friendly.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work in the backroom more, rather, than being up front the whole time.
Advice
It isn't always easy, but you have to power through it because at the end of the day you have job.

What I liked
I like working at Tj Maxx because I really like the people I work with. They are really kind and fun people that make working in retail fun. I also like helping people and getting to know people from all walks of life.
What I wish was different
I wish I could continue working for Tj Maxx all year, however that is not an option for me because I don't have my own transportation.
Advice
Some advice I can give is that even though retail can be stressful and never ending its best to find something you enjoy and focus on that.
