I liked having connection with the kids and gaining a true relationship with them. I also liked how it prepared me to be a very responsible adult by taking care of other humans and teaching them learning, social, and working skills.
What I wish was different
I wish that I got paid a little bit more.
Advice
One piece of advice I would give would be that you have to have a lot of patience and maturity. It is very long days and kids do not listen or do not behave so you must be responsible enough to not lash out.
