What I liked

. I liked the hands on experience that I had gotten and learning how to self teach myself a complex subject. The complex subject I had to teach myself was SEE Electrical CAD software, which I then had to write technical procedures for for other engineers and drafters to follow.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more experience with testing equipment; possibly observing problems in units and collaborating with others to fix them.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share is to always ask questions and take advantage of the resources you have to solve a problem such as: supervisors, email contacts, different manufacturers, and mechanics/technicians who work on the floor. Always have a mind to grow and expand what you know.
