I love how flexible the job was. Each week, hours were scheduled around my availability so there was never any conflict between my personal and work life. It was also great to get to work with likeminded individuals who enjoy the art of musical theatre and Broadway.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more opportunities to work more hours in a single day. This was in no way the companies fault, as hours revolve around the show times set in place by the various Broadway theaters.

Some less "grunt" technical work would have been nice.

Ask questions. A lot of questions. Also, remember that your code may stay in production, especially if working at a small company, so make it good.
