What I liked

I LOVE the company culture! The Tom Tom Foundation is a relatively new local nonprofit with a staff of about 10 full time employees. As such, I got to take on a ton of responsibilities that I wouldn't have had control over at a larger organization.

What I wish was different

Obviously, I would have loved to have gotten the chance to work in-person for longer, but because of Covid-19, that was out of everyone's hands.

Advice

Don't be afraid to admit if you don't know something. Ask questions! There was a lot that I didn't know when I first started, but it was so much more efficient if I just asked, instead of wasting hours on my own trying to figure it out. Everyone wants to help you succeed!
